We Guarantee Your MODEXUS Experience Satisfaction!
Though we find it to be very rare, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to know about it. We stand behind all we do 100%! 

We guarantee the quality of everything we sell. If you think something doesn't match up to our product description, return the unused portion for a 100% refund or exchange within 30 days of  the original order date.  Please note, shipping & handling charges and Advocate fees including enrollment and annual maintenance fee ( AMF ) are non-refundable. Offer is void if product is damaged after use has commenced, more than 50% consumed, or Modexus determines other abuse related to our generous satisfaction guarantee.


All returns must be authorized by Modexus, LLC in writing via support@modexus.com prior to returning the item(s) for a refund or exchange. Customer Service will make available to you a Return Shipping Label by email. Easy process, simply print out the Modexus supplied return label and drop the package off at your local Post Office or UPS center per carrier label provided.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Be sure to return the unused portion of your item(s) within 30-days from the original date of purchase.  You have 5 Business Days from email receipt of the Modexus provided return labels to print labels and deliver return to the carrier. Delay of completing your return will delay a potential refund and possibly void your 30 Day MODEXUS Experience Satisfaction guarantee.


IMPORTANT NOTE: Return requests must be email only into support@modexus.com   Be sure to include your name as it appears on your Modexus Account, Modexus ID Account Number, and your order number starting with MOD.   Otherwise a favor please? ..... we ask that you also include a short note telling us why you were not completely satisfied.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Advocate Enrollment fees and Advocate Annual Maintenance Fees (AMF) are not refundable. 


Additional Refund Information:
When you receive an order you wish to return prior to using, DO NOT REFUSE the delivery of your package or opt to return it to sender. Doing so will only significantly delay the processing of your return and refund. Once we receive your returned order, Modexus will exchange your item(s) or issue a refund less initial shipping charges AND return shipping costs.    


Damaged, Defective, or Undelivered Product:
Oh no, your product is damaged or defective upon receipt?  No Worries, we do ask that you contact AND provide supporting pictures showing damage and packaging within ten (10) business days from original purchase date via support@modexus.com.  We will issue a call tag for the product and gladly send a replacement. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed by customer service in writing. We will inspect the undesirable product upon receipt.
